SUBSTANCE: peak-load hot-water boiler plant includes hot-water boiler connected to heating- system pipe line, make-up water vacuum deaerator with starting water pipe line and deaerator make-up water pipe line connected to heating system pipe line. Deaerator make-up water pipe line is connected to heat-system pipe line through first (In way of flow of waste gases) surface heat exchanger located in gas duct and starting water pipe line is connected to vacuum deaerator through second (in way of flow of waste gases) surface heat exchanger located in the same gas duct.
