FIELD: biotechnology, analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to determination of analyte in physiological sample and can be used in medicinal and diagnostic aims. Method involves applying of the system for oxidizing the analyte and generating signal and comprising the analyte-oxidaze and water-soluble tetrazolium salt that is able for addition of hydride ion resulting to formation of water-soluble colored formazan compound on surface of a positively charged backing. Test-bands, sets and systems with the prepared composition are used for detecting or determination of the analyte presence in physiological sample. Invention provides enhancing reliability of determination of the analyte presence in physiological sample and to simplify methods for assay of indicated analytes.
