FIELD: medicine, obstetrics.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with earlier diagnostics of pregnancy-induced arterial hypertension. At terminal phalanx of a finger one should apply a photoplethysmographic sensor of arterial pulsation, register a sensor's signal that repeats the form of arterial pulsation. Then it is necessary to detect the values of arterial ratio as the ones of the amplitude of dicrotic wave of arterial pulsation against that of anacrotic wave of the same pulsation. One should apply an occlusion cuff onto the shoulder of a pregnant women, carry out ischemic sample. Diagnostic value of pregnancy-induced arterial hypertension should be calculated as the quotient after division the difference of the values of arterial ratio determined after ischemic sample and arterial ratio determined before ischmic sample against the value of arterial ratio determined before ischemic sample expressed in percentage. One should conclude upon the availability of pregnancy-induced arterial hypertension if the value of diagnostic parameter exceeds 3%. The innovation enables to perform earlier diagnostics of pregnancy-induced arterial hypertension.
