FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free beverage contains the following ingredients per 1 litre of the finished product: chitosan - from 1 to 5 g, vitamin E - from 5 to 6 mg, microelements - 1 mg, the rest is natural water. The beverage may additionally contain carbon dioxide or oxygen, or a mixture of carbon dioxide and oxygen. This provides for production of a beverage based on natural water, for example "Malkinskaya" natural mineral water, produced and bottled in Kamchatka Peninsula and other mineral waters similar to it in terms of composition.
EFFECT: beverage has detoxification and recovery properties which provide for eliminating products of alcohol decay in an organism and for progress of recovery processes without hypervitaminosis reaction in case of increase of volume of its non-recurrent application; additionally the beverage provides for produced alcohol-free beverages range extension.
