FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages addition of chitosan, vitamin E, microelements (magnesium or calcium and magnesium, or zinc or ferrum) to mineral water with an alkalescent medium content at a temperature from 1 to 25°C. The mineral water with an alkalescent medium content may be represented by "Malkinskaya" natural water produced and bottled in Kamchatka Peninsula and other mineral waters similar to it in terms of composition. In order to produce 1 litre of the finished beverage the following initial ingredients are used 1 mg of microelements, from 5 to 6 mg of vitamin E, from 1 to 5 g of chitosan and mineral water with an alkalescent medium content (the rest). The beverage may be saturated with oxygen and carbon dioxide or with their mixture under a pressure from 1 to 21 atm.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce poisonous effects of alcohol and products of its decay on the inward parts of the body and body systems with simultaneous normalisation of their functioning; it allows to extend the range of produced alcohol-free beverages.
