FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol-free beverages industry. The method envisages usage of natural water (having undergone purification on sand filters and then, on ceramic filters) and prepared vitamin E and prepared chitosan (simultaneously dissolved in a part of the prepared natural water). Additionally the method envisages sequential introduction of microelements, stirring during 15-20 minutes, maintenance, filtration, dosing and bottling. The natural water may be represented by "Malkinskaya" natural mineral water produced and bottled in the Kamchatka Peninsula and other mineral waters similar to it in terms of composition. The alcohol-free beverage contains the following initial ingredients per 1 litre of the finished product: 1 mg of microelements, 5 - 6 mg of vitamin E, 1 mg - 5 g of chitosan and natural water - balance.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a beverage with detoxification and recovery properties, allows to produce a product ensuring elimination of alcohol decay products in the organism and progress of recovery processes without hypervitaminosis reaction in case of increase of volume of its non-recurrent application.
