FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of making a field-effect electronic or optoelectronic device, natural, synthetic or composite cellulose-based dielectric fibres are connected physically and chemically by hydrogen bonds into layers, after which the obtained layers are joined by mechanical pressing to obtain a thin paper film, capable of accumulating electric and ion charges per unit area depending on the nature of distribution of fibres, interrelationships thereof and connections in various mechanically pressed planes, wherein said paper film is used in said device simultaneously as a carrier base and dielectric.
EFFECT: using paper in making devices based on a novel interlayer integration principle.
