FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology and genetic engineering. described is genetically modified mouse, where mouse is not capable of regrouping and expression of endogenous sequence of variable region of murine immunoglobulin light chain. Mouse expresses only one or two variable domains of human light chains, coded by sequences of human immunoglobulins, functionally bound with gene of mouse constant kappa (K) region in mouse K endogenous locus. Mouse also expresses reverse chimeric antibody with light chain variable domain, obtained only from one or two gene segments of variable regions of human light chains, and mouse K constant domain and with variable domain of human heavy chain and constant domain of murine heavy chain from endogenous locus of murine heavy chain.
EFFECT: claimed invention can be used for selection of variable human regions in obtaining biospecific antibodies.
