SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an embryonic stem (ES) cell of a mouse genetically modified to contain a single rearranged sequence Vκ1-39/J person or single rearranged sequence Vκ3-20/J of a human being functionally linked to a mouse constant region κ, and a plurality of human immunoglobulin heavy chain variable region gene segments functionally linked to an endogenous mouse immunoglobulin heavy chain constant region, as well as to a method for production thereof. Also disclosed is a mouse embryo obtained from a mouse ES cell.
EFFECT: invention is effective for producing genetically modified mice.
