SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the internal combustion engine control device. Disclosed is the internal combustion engine control device, which comprises: estimating means adapted to estimate the fuel and oil mixture volume distributed according to the piston movement in the cylinder; and restricting means adapted to limit the internal combustion engine upper limit torque (UT) according to the estimated mixture volume.
EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of the of abnormal combustion occurrence in the internal combustion engines cylinder.
