SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and method for express analysis, quantitative analysis and identification of nucleic acids or proteins. System for analysis of biological samples comprises a mobile device, at least one integrated microcircuit, jointly configured to perform at least one cycle of operations, each cycle of operations including: extraction of at least one biological material from the sample; generating one or more products from at least one biological material, and detecting at least one biological material in a sample in which nanoscale control is applied during at least one cycle of operations.
EFFECT: invention provides more accurate detection and analysis of nucleic acids or proteins.
