SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vehicles. Electronic control unit steering actuator of the vehicle is programmed with the ability to turn the vehicle wheel to the first angle of rotation relative to the initial position and rotate the wheel to the second angle of rotation, which is calculated to reduce the twisting of the tire when determining that the vehicle is stationary. Also, the control unit turns the wheel to the final angle of rotation when determining that the movement of the vehicle is one of the starting and of the initiated ones.
EFFECT: twisting tire load on the steering actuator of the vehicle is reduced.
