each of R1 and R2 is methyl, m is 0, n is 1; R3 is -NH-C(=O)O-tert-butyl, R4 is hydrogen, X is CH2 and p is equal to 2; or R3 is -NH-C(=O)CH3, R4 is hydrogen, X is CH2 and p is equal to 2.
EFFECT: disclosed is a novel modified nucleotide and a kit based thereon to increase efficiency of nucleotide incorporation in sequencing by synthesis.
