FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to the rodent for the humanized protein IL-4Rα expression, where the rodent genome comprises replacing a genome fragment of the IL-4Rα gene rodent by endogenous locus IL-4Rα rodent with nucleic acid sequence of human IL-4Rα gene to form a humanised IL-4Rα gene, to an embryonal stem cell and an embryo of the above rodent, as well as to a method for production thereof. Also disclosed is a rodent for humanised IL-4Rα protein expression and human IL-4 protein, where the rodent genome contains a humanised IL-4Rα gene and a humanised IL-4 gene, as well as use thereof in a method of screening for an IL-4/IL-4Rα signalling pathway antagonist of human. Invention also relates to a target-acting vector for humanising endogenous IL-4Rα gene in rodent.
EFFECT: invention provides effective screening of an IL-4/IL-4Rα signalling pathway antagonist of human.
