FIELD: gas analysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detecting devices for recording and measuring content of carbon monoxide. Disclosed is a semiconductor sensor of carbon oxide, which consists of a semiconductor base, made in form of polycrystalline film of solid solution of composition (CdTe)0.25(CdSe)0.75 and substrate, which serves as electrode pad of piezoelectric resonator.
EFFECT: sensor made according to the invention enables to determine content of carbon oxide with sensitivity, several times exceeding sensitivity of known sensors with considerable simplification of its manufacturing technology.
