FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing catalysts with nanoparticles of metals and can be used in forming carbon dioxide to obtain a range of products in the chemical and food industries. Essence of the invention is that nano-sized gold particles are deposited on the surface of a thin tunnel-transparent aluminum oxide film formed on metallic molybdenum while maintaining temperature at level of 300 °C, where aluminum metal is deposited on molybdenum surface by thermal evaporation at flow density within 2×1014 atoms per minute per cm2 in oxygen atmosphere for 7 minutes and after termination of metal sputtering, obtained system is held in oxygen atmosphere for 4 minutes with subsequent removal of oxygen gas medium from vacuum chamber, on surface of obtained aluminum oxide film, maintained at temperature of 100 °C, metal gold is deposited with thermal evaporation at atom flow rate of 5×1013 min-1 cm-2 for 5 minutes.
EFFECT: due to the method elements, the technical solution enables to increase catalyst activity while maintaining high stability.
