FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and can be used to predict the development of gestational diabetes mellitus in primiparous patients of late reproductive age with singleton pregnancy resulting from assisted reproductive technologies. When registering for dispensary records, anamnesis is collected and the prognostic index D is calculated using the formula
constant, where х1 - unsuccessful attempts to use assisted reproductive technologies in the patient's history: if there were, then х1=1, if not, then х1=0; х2 - history of non-developing pregnancies in patients: if there was a non-developing pregnancy in the anamnesis, then х2=1, if not, then х2= 0; х3 is the concentration of cholesterol in the biochemical blood test at 12-14 weeks of gestation, mmol/l; х4 - the number of eosinophils in the general blood test in the gestation period of 12-14 weeks,%; х5 - concentration of substances of low and average molecular weight in blood plasma with a wavelength of λ254 nm, optical-density units; х6 - concentration of substances of low and medium molecular weight on erythrocytes with a wavelength of λ254 nm, optical-density units; х7 - concentration of substances of low and average molecular weight in blood plasma with a wavelength of λ280 nm, optical-density units; constant = -10.5. If the value of the obtained index D is greater than zero, then a high risk of developing gestational diabetes mellitus is predicted. If the D value is less than zero, then a conclusion is made about the absence of this risk in a pregnant woman.
EFFECT: method provides the ability to predict the risk of developing gestational diabetes mellitus in primiparous patients of late reproductive age after using assisted reproductive technologies, which allows the doctor timely identifying pregnant women at risk for the formation of gestational diabetes mellitus, to conduct more careful observation and timely correction of this complication of pregnancy to reduce the frequency of fetopathies of the fetus by collecting anamnesis when registering for a dispensary, studying the concentration of cholesterol in the biochemical blood test, the number of eosinophils in the general blood test, indicators of endotoxicosis and determining the prognosis using a mathematical apparatus.
