SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a profluorophore of formula (I), where R1 is H; R2-R8, R11-R12 and R14 are independently selected from hydrogen, hydroxyl, halogen, cyano, nitro, optionally substituted C1-C10alkyl, optionally substituted amino-C1-C10alkyl, optionally substituted C1-C10alkoxy, R13 is selected from optionally substituted C1-C10alkyl, such as optionally substituted ethyl, optionally substituted propyl or optionally substituted butyl; R15 is H; Z is -CR16R17, where R16 and R17 are independently selected from hydrogen and optionally substituted C1-C6alkyl, or any tautomer, stereoisomer, salt thereof, where the term "substituted" refers to groups substituted with 1–5 substituents selected from the group, consisting of "C1-C6alkyl", "amino", "aminosulphonyl", "aminocarbonyl", "sulphonyl", "alkoxy", "alkoxycarbonyl", "halogen", trihalogenomethyl, cyano, hydroxy, mercapto and nitro. Invention also relates to conjugates based on a profluorophore of formula (I) and use thereof to detect a target molecule in a sample, particularly target nucleic acid molecules. Invention also relates to novel fluorophores of formula (I)' and a method of producing them.

EFFECT: obtaining novel profluorophores, which provide high-efficiency detection and are suitable for portable and disposable detection systems, which can be used in diagnostics and quality control.
