SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for the preparation and dispensing of coffee drinks, in particular to coffee machines. The coffee machine for the preparation and dispensing of coffee drinks contains at least one hydraulic pump, a boiler and a brew unit made with the possibility of reception of ground coffee and passage of hot water coming from the boiler through it. The coffee machine contains a flow meter for measuring water flow rate and a control unit receiving electrical signals from the flow meter and controlling at least one hydraulic pump for regulating water flow rate. The coffee machine contains an input of the control unit, setting a variable set flow rate depending on the required fixed time of extraction of ground coffee entering the brew unit. The control unit is made with the possibility of calculation of the difference between the variable set flow rate value and the measured value received from the flow meter. The control unit is made with the possibility of supply of this difference in the form of an error value to a control device. The control device is made with the possibility of actuation of a converter that converts DC power on a power transmission line into an electric pulse signal with a variable amplitude on a drive line that drives at least one hydraulic pump.
EFFECT: increase in the quality of coffee poured into a coffee cup, regardless of the size required to fill coffee cups of various sizes, and reduction in the noise due to regulation of power of a hydraulic pump drive.
