SUBSTANCE: method for the production of rolls of material intended for use in the form of a sheet is proposed, according to which a stage of rewind of material intended for use in the form of a sheet is carried out to form a roll. In this case, the rewind stage is carried out by means of winding of material intended for use in the form of a sheet directly to a rewind shaft in contact of material intended for use in the form of a sheet with a cylindrical outer side surface of the rewind shaft, which is driven to a rotational movement around its longitudinal axis, to obtain a coreless roll.
EFFECT: invention provides for simplification of a technology of production of rolls of material intended for use in the form of a sheet.
