FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular to underwater vessels that destroy the ice cover with resonant bending-gravitational waves. Under the ice cover, a hydraulic impact is additionally created on the ice from below by periodically and simultaneously shifting the horizontal rudders to opposite angles of attack.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the thickness of the destroyed ice cover by a resonant method.
