FIELD: ceramic products.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and a machine for surface treatment of a ceramic product. The method includes a ceramic product (CB) supply step, a first deposition step, a second deposition step, and a third deposition step. At the same time, during the stage of supplying a ceramic product, a ceramic product (CB) is fed along a predetermined path (P) in the direction (A) of supply through the first application station (12), the second application station (13), located downstream from the first application station (12), and at least a third application station (14) located downstream of the second application station (13). At the first stage of application, the first printing unit (15) located at the first application station (12) applies the first layer (16) comprising the first material (17), in particular, consisting of it, which comprises, in particular, an adhesive material, in the region of at least the first predetermined zone (18) of the specified surface to be processed (7). In the second stage of application, the first deposition unit (20) located at the second application station (13) selectively applies the second layer (21), containing the first powder material (22), in particular consisting of it, on the specified first layer (16) in area of at least the first section (23) of the specified first predetermined zone (18) so that it sticks to the specified first layer (16) and does not cover at least part of the second predetermined zone (24) of the specified surface (7) to be treated. In the third application stage, the second printing unit (31) located at the third application station (14) selectively applies a third layer (32) containing a second material (33), in particular consisting of it, which comprises an adhesive and/or coating material, in particular, it consists of it, on said second layer (21) in a third predetermined zone (34), which is at least a part of said first section (23) of said first predetermined zone (18). The machine (5) comprises a transport device (11), a first printing unit (15), a deposition unit (20), a control unit (25) and a second printing unit (31).
EFFECT: increased efficiency of surface treatment of a ceramic product, increased efficiency of removing excess powder material, increased uniformity of distribution of the powder material.
