SUBSTANCE: described is a method of detecting Nipah virus by a method based on the use of deoxyribozyme 10-23. Method involves extraction of RNA from biological samples with subsequent detection of target fragments of RNA genome of Nipah virus using oligonucleotide sequences of a biosensor based on deoxyribozyme 10-23 and a fluorescent-labelled probe, complementary to a specific fragment of the glycoprotein gene.
EFFECT: providing reliable diagnosis of Nipah virus RNA using a biosensor based on deoxyribozyme 10-23 and a fluorescent-labelled probe.
