SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of detecting Guanarito virus by a method based on the use of deoxyribozyme 10-23. RNA is extracted from biological samples, followed by detection of target RNA fragments of the Guanarito virus genome using oligonucleotide sequences of a biosensor based on deoxyribozyme 10-23 and a fluorescent-labelled probe, complementary to a specific fragment of the L segment of the Guanarito virus.
EFFECT: method enables reliable diagnosis of Guanarito virus RNA.
