FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in designs of gasostats. Gasostatic extruder comprises a frame made of natural or artificial stone, which has a vertical shaft of round cross-section. Inner surface of the shaft is coated with a layer of metal. Upper part of the shaft has a thread reinforced with metal pins. Lower part forms a high-pressure chamber. On top of the metal layer in the lower part of the shaft there is a heat-insulating coating on which heating elements are installed. Threaded part of the shaft has an annular cavity located at its end along the circumference, in which a gasket from a soft material is installed. Cover is made of steel, has an external thread and is screwed into the threaded part of the shaft until it stops against the ring gasket.
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to process discrete or solid materials at high pressures and temperatures.
