SUBSTANCE: embodiments of systems, devices and methods relate to fast monitoring of beam position for detection of misalignment of beam in beam movement line. In the example, the fast beam position monitor includes a plurality of electrodes extending into the interior of the beam line component. Fast beam position monitor is configured to detect the position of the beam passing through the beam line component based on the beam halo current. Embodiments of systems, devices and methods further relate to non-invasive monitoring of parameters of beams moving along a beam line. In the examples, gas is injected into the pumped chamber along the line of beam movement. One or more beam parameters are measured from luminescence resulting from collisions of energy particles of the beam moving through the beam line.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will make it possible to facilitate fast monitoring of beam position for detection of misalignment of beam in beam movement line.
