FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: nanoparticles according to the present invention consist of protein molecules (immunoglobulin or transferrin) and polyethyleneimine (PEI); and include nucleic acids (NA) as a payload. Method of producing according to present invention includes steps of heating a solution containing nucleic acid, polyethyleneimine and protein, and subsequent short-term heating of the obtained mixture to a temperature in range of 45 °C to 99 °C. Invention can also be used in various fields of medicine when producing nanoforms of medicinal preparations.
EFFECT: invention discloses a method of producing transfection agents and gene therapeutic preparations.
